I dropped in for an Olympic weightlifting class while in town. Coach Jacob and Coach LeMar were both awesome. I got a lot of great pointers on my techniques and magically double PR’d!! I’ll definitely be back when I’m in Atlanta. Highly rec

First olympic weightlifting session: far exceeded my expectations. Both coaches were super knowledgeable and balanced giving me instructions with giving me my space very well. Lemar makes you feel right at home. Thoroughly enjoyed it!

Great freaking gym! Decided to do a Drop In at RHouse and had a blast! Jut was Olympic Lifting class and felt good to get under some weight. Lemar was very welcoming and knowledgeable, the members were super cool and some good work was being put

Favorite cross fit gym I have been to by far. The coaches are personable, work with you at your fitness level to take you to the next level and make coming to the gym enjoyable.
